Non-compliance with these regulations may lead to penalties and additional charges.

    - Kindly be advised that the quoted price in this document is established on the present exchange rate and may be subject to changes at the time of billing due to potential fluctuations.

    - The pricing in the provided quotation is determined based on the chargeable weight of the shipment, with a conversion ratio of 1 cubic meter (CBM) equivalent to 167 kilograms (Kgs).

    - This offer is specifically applicable to palletized, crated, or stackable freight. It covers delivery/pickup up to the commercial dock within regular working days and hours, unless any exceptions or special instructions are communicated otherwise.

    - Unless there are specific instructions provided, the rate mentioned in the quotation is calculated based on live loading and offloading services, which includes a complimentary 30 minutes of allotted time. After the initial 30 minutes, a charge of $90.00 CAD per hour or any part thereof will be applicable.

    - This offer is formulated based on the existing rates and services available at the time of the quotation. However, it is important to note that it is subject to potential changes in tariffs. Any adjustments to tariffs may impact the final pricing and will be communicated accordingly.

    - Cargo insurance is available upon request unless listed above. Cargo insurance is calculated at 110% of the CIF value with a deductible of $500 CAD unless otherwise stated.

    - The rates offered are formulated based on the information provided to ShipTech Logistics (Canada) Inc. during the quotation process. ShipTech retains the right to revise the quote in the event of any modifications or updates.

    - Rates do not include driver waiting time, storage or equipment demurrage, detention and additional cargo insurance. Shipper to load, block and brace at their liability and expense.

    - The shipper acknowledges and assumes responsibility for any regulatory penalties and associated expenses that may arise due to the handling of containers without the Verified Gross Mass (VGM) or in the event of a misdeclaration of the VGM, as mandated by international regulations.

    - Rates do not include custom clearance, duties, taxes, letter of credit or legalization fees. Should you require these items included in this quotation, please contact your representative. Custom examination fee's will be charged "as per outlay".

    - Any conversions from foreign currency to local currency have been conducted using the current exchange rate. Therefore, charges in local currency are subject to change based on fluctuations in the exchange rate.

    - For nonhazardous goods, there is a provision of two days of free storage, which includes the day of arrival. This means that no storage charges will be applied during this initial two-day period. However, for hazardous goods, a 24-hour free storage period is granted, after which storage charges will be applicable.

    - Customs clearance can be arranged at extra fee during normal working days/hours. ShipTech Logistics can arrange customs clearance on DDP terms, only if A) Shipper has non-resident Canadian business # or, B) Consignee signs a power of attorney authorizing ShipTech Logistics to clear the shipment on their behalf.

    - Customs clearance services can be arranged for an additional fee during regular working days and hours. ShipTech Logistics has the capability to handle customs clearance on Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms. However, there are certain conditions that must be met: A) If the shipper has a non-resident Canadian business number, ShipTech Logistics can arrange customs clearance on their behalf, or B) If the consignee (recipient) signs a power of attorney authorizing ShipTech Logistics to handle the customs clearance process for the shipment. These conditions ensure compliance with customs regulations and enable ShipTech Logistics to facilitate smooth customs clearance procedures for your shipments.

    - Please note that all charges mentioned in the quotation are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD), unless there are specific instructions indicating otherwise. Unless credit terms have been established with ShipTech Logistics, payment for the services may be subject to Cash on Delivery (COD) terms. This means that payment is required upon delivery unless prior credit arrangements have been made between the parties involved.

    - Once a house away bill has been approved and subsequently requires correction, please be aware that a fee of $50 CAD will be imposed for each correction made. This fee is intended to cover the administrative costs associated with revising the bill after initial approval.

    - The rates mentioned above are susceptible to third-party charges, errors, and omissions, as well as space and equipment availability at the time of booking or shipment.

    - All rates are based on commercial cargo with cargo details provided and non-hazardous general cargo only.

    - Additional surcharges may be incurred for shipments involving hazardous materials, oversized items, overweight cargo, or restricted goods.

    - Rates are subject to carriers weight limitation requirement, all charges due to overweight will be billed to customers' account.

    - Airfreight will be based on the chargeable weight unless otherwise stated in the quotation.

    - Cargo insurance is available upon request unless listed above. Cargo insurance is calculated at 110% of the CIF value with a deductible of $500 CAD unless otherwise stated.
